We very strongly believe in providing a transparent service, with no hidden fees. Some hosting companies charge a range of fees for their services, including “Domain Hosting” and per email address charges. With Yodle, what you see is what you get. One simple hosting fee – annually or monthly.

Not at all. We do offer a discount to clients who pre-pay their hosting annually, but there’s no minimum term.

We always do our best to set new accounts up as quickly as possible, however we can only do so once full payment is received. For direct-credit payment this may mean two working days, while credit card orders will often be set up within a few hours.

Orders placed outside our regular business hours will be processed as soon as possible the following day.

We currently accept this payment method: Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard).

To move your existing domain name or website to Yodle, simply complete our online order form and we’ll be happy to help you through the next phase of the move.

To move an existing domain name to new hosting, you generally have two options:

1) You can leave the domain name registered with the current registrar and simply change the nameserver or ‘DNS’ information for the domain name to point it to your new hosting account.

2) Transfer the domain name to our registration service and we’ll take care of the pointing for you.

Our order form allows you to choose from these options, and we’ll then provide any further information you need with our introductory email. Of course we’re always happy to answer any questions you have about the process.
