This is how your website looks like without a SSL.
Great! This is how your website will look like when you have a SSL!
If you are collecting sensitive information or providing customer accounts via your website then you will need an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate. These digital certificates give your customers peace of mind and serve as the backbone of internet security. They authenticate the identity of your website linking your domain name, company name and location with a unique cryptographic key.
Yodle helped us with multiple aspects for our new business including website and our social media pages. Everything was clear and simple from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
It's really good. Thanks guys, keep up the good work! Website hosting has really helped our business.
I have been super impressed with the high level of communication and thorough explanations that have been provided to me throughout my time with YODLE NZ. I have not been the most 'engaged' client to work with due to excessive workload issues at my end, but despite this, Yodle NZ have continually managed to achieve exceptional results for our business. I look forward to continuing to work with the team into the future.
When a browser connects to a secure site it retrieves its SSL certificate and checks that it has not expired, that it has been issued by a certificate authority the browser trusts, and that it is being used by the website for which it has been issued. If it fails on any one of these checks the browser will display a warning to the end user. If it succeeds, several security indicators are built into modern browsers to indicate that SSL is enabled.
An SSL certificate may be issued within minutes of submitting your enrollment information as long as the information is correct and the authorized administrator responds promptly to the confirmation email. Our SSL use an authentication process to verify domain control validation.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol for enabling data encryption and site authentication on the Internet. Credit card numbers, health details and other sensitive information is transmitted only after being converted into a secure code. Domain authentication reassures site users that they’re actually interacting with the site identified in the URL bar. Without SSL, online transactions would be vulnerable to interception by unauthorized parties. These hackers or identity thieves could also more easily imitate a legitimate website. SSL is most commonly used to protect communications between web browsers and servers. However, it is also used for server-to-server communications and for web-based applications.
Due to market pressure our prices all exclude GST, unless otherwise stated.
We very strongly believe in providing a transparent service, with no hidden fees. Some hosting companies charge a range of fees for their services, including “Domain Hosting” and per email address charges. With Yodle, what you see is what you get. One simple hosting fee – annually or monthly.
Not at all. We do offer a discount to clients who pre-pay their hosting annually, but there’s no minimum term.
We always do our best to set new accounts up as quickly as possible, however we can only do so once full payment is received. For direct-credit payment this may mean two working days, while credit card orders will often be set up within a few hours.
Orders placed outside our regular business hours will be processed as soon as possible the following day.
We currently accept this payment method: Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard).
